Registration for ACT Trail Fest 2024 is now open!
Arundel Fall Trail Fest Run & Walk
On Saturday, September 21st, the Arundel Conservation Trust will host the 4th Annual ACT Fall Trail Fest, featuring 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon trail run or walk. Registration open!
**Sign up before June 30th and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win some NEMO camping equipment!**
The ACT Fall Trail Fest Half-Marathon race starts at 9:00 AM, the10K race starts at 10:00 AM and the 5k race starts at 10:30am. The courses are set on the beautifully maintained ACT Multi-Purpose Trail and the Eastern Trails with stunning woodland and stream views.
Runners will start at the new Arundel Municipal Building parking lot on 257 Limerick Road, Arundel, Maine. All races return and finish at the Arundel Municipal Building parking lot. Winners in each age group will be awarded a prize. Prizes range from fresh Maine lobsters to local honey!
Each participant will receive a race day t-shirt! Details for the after-race party will be available soon!
This event is in proud partnership with our sister organization, the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust who is hosting its annual KCT Trail Fest on October 6th, 2024.
All proceeds from this event go to support our local conservation efforts!
PARKING AT TRAIL FEST:
Parking is located at Mildred L Day School (600 Limerick Road) There will be a shuttle running every 15-20 min starting at 8AM. Look for signs and volunteers. The last return shuttle will leave Town Hall at 1:40pm.
Parking is not available at the Town Hall on Saturday, this is reserved for volunteers ONLY. It is very limited.
Kid's Flow Trail Run Ride & Race
We are excited to announce that the Kid's Flow Trail Fun Ride & Race is back! This will take place alongside our Fall Trail Fest on Saturday, 9/21. You'll want to register early for this popular event! Open to kiddos ages 5-12. This year, the Kid's Fun Ride will kick off at 9:15AM. Kids, ages 5 to 12 (5-8, 9-12), can sign up to be timed going around the top half of the Flow Trail. This year we are also adding an "advanced" option for any rider who would like to also be timed going the full Flow Trail. Riders can sign up for both race options if they want.
Rider award categories will be announced in early Summer. Stay tuned!
Once you sign up for the ride, our team will reach back out to you to confirm your rider's time slot in mid-September and any other pertinent event details.
